Legal Disclaimer
All contributions made to Nail & Compass — including but not limited to online donations, event sponsorships, team entries, and contributions made in person at events — are final and non-refundable.
Because Nail & Compass operates as a for-profit, mission-based organization and not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Event Entries & On-Site Contributions
All payments associated with Nail & Compass events (including golf tournaments, fundraising contests, raffles, and related activities) are also non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of weather conditions, rescheduling, or cancellation. Event registration fees are considered contributions toward our mission and are therefore treated as final.
Clarification
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but every contribution directly supports the continuation of our work and the individuals we serve. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any contribution once it has been processed.
